We support you in preparing annual financial statements in accordance with national and international standards. If you have an urgent need for human resources due to someone leaving, an illness or holidays, we can support you with temporary accounting employees.

Bookkeeping

As an alternative to having the bookkeeping handled by us, you could do it yourself using the online accounting software ABACUS via AbaWeb.

Payroll accounting and social security

We help you to set up a payroll accounting system and record the salary and personnel master data, and can also handle payroll accounting. Payroll accounting includes the posting of salary journal entries, the creation of monthly payslips, the provision of (electronic) payment orders, the management of updatesand the annual processing of social security returns and salary statements.

Payments

We also provide payments support in connection with payroll accounting and accounts payable. We prepare electronic payment orders for you, which you then approve.

Budgeting

We support you with the development of your budget based on annual financial statements and deviation analyses.

Financing concepts

We help you to develop financing concepts and support you throughout the financing process.

On-site bookkeeping (temporary outsourcing)

We support you when you have a shortage of employees in your accounting team.

International accounting

We support you with the implementation of international accounting standards (e.g. IFRS) and the creation of reporting packages in accordance with an international accounting standard.

Accounting in accordance with Swiss GAAP FER

We support you with the implementation of Swiss GAAP FER at the individual company or at group accounting level.

Cost accounting for SMEs

We support you with the implementation of a cost accounting system. Cost accounting is useful for SMEs seeking more accuracy and transparency concerning costs, a basis for the company’s pricing policy and improved planning and budgeting in operations. Cost accounting is a management instrument that can be used to strengthen your competitive position.
